Screen print and acrilic on canvas, 60x80 cm.

The starting point for “Inconsistente”(inconsistent) was a building in a former industrial area in Leipzig, Eastern Germany.
The only memory of the industrial era is this construction that looks like it doesn't belong to the surrounding landscape. Through the screen used to print the work, I was able to "lighten" the building, which after my intervention looks at once motionless and as it is slowly disappearing.
I wanted to play with this duality: a building visible and concrete in its history, but at the same time invisible and uncertain in our contemporaneity.
