My focus is on investigates how urban landscapes are transformed, appropriated, and controlled, exploring how these processes shape our perception of space. Through this research, I consider territory not simply as a physical reality, but as a cultural construct that is continuously redefined.
Post Geography focuses on a familiar site undergoing rapid change, questioning how contemporary tools such as GIS shape our understanding of place. Beginning with photographic documentation and digital mapping, the project reveals visual anomalies and glitches that gradually shift the image from documentation to interpretation.
These digital processes are translated into a physical installation combining silkscreen-printed plexiglass panels with an aerial image on canvas, creating a dialogue between map, image, and object.
The work invites viewers to actively reconstruct the landscape through their own movement and interpretation, offering multiple readings of a site rooted in personal experience.
